Bourgie Lamp

Designed by Ferruccio Laviani for Kartell, the Bourgie lamp is a real worldwide success. Combining classicism, richness and tradition, the Bourgie easily integrates into any room of the house. Thanks to a particular hanging system of the shade, it is possible to obtain three different heights (68 cm, 73 cm and 78 cm). It is thus possible for everyone to adjust the height of the lamp at will and according to the intended use. Simply sublime, the Bourgie lamp is the perfect marriage between irony and innovation. Its design is inspired by the Baroque style. Available in transparent or black.

Ferruccio Laviani graduated in architecture at the Milan Polytechnic School. In 1986, he worked for the studio of Michele De Lucchi. It was during these years that Laviani gained in popularity with his products. He is now recognized as one of the most prestigious designers in Europe. In 1990, he opened his own architectural and design studio. He collaborates with Foscarini, Molteni, Moroso, Poltrana Frau, Fontana Arte and Kartell.
