With the Veggie Ricer, it turns cauliflower or broccoli into an alternative to rice. Easy, safe and fun, transform these vegetables and add more vegetables to your dishes.

Put the cauliflower or broccoli, in pieces, inside the Veggie Ricer, place the lid and turn the two parts of the product in opposite directions. Remove the lid and extract the contents.
